Pull capsule apart, empty powder into blender or cup, mix with milk of choice (Sifali use oat milk) blend together and drink. Can be made hot or cold.
Dispose of the external hard capsule by running under hot water. Do not put the whole capsule into the drink. Our Mavi capsules are biodegradable, once they are emptied, melt capsule under warm water/hot to dispose of. Store product in a cool and dry place.
